Trust Vodacom to solve your the problems that they create for you, its been almost a week now and my phone is still soft locked, which is not my faul. A lady by the name of Ragma Stevens sent me an sms saying they will contact me on Monday as they still investigating my query, guess what i only got the call this morning which was before 10h00 then she said she will call me in an hour time with a solution to my problem and guess what its not 15h50 am calling Vodacom trying to find out why my phone is still Soft locked or to speak to Ragma oh guess what no one seems to be able to help me with her number or put me through her. Guess what i cant be put into her... trust me i so regret having my contract with Vodacom. I don't give our clients this bad service as am getting from Vodacom, they can really ruin your week and no one will compensate you for the inconvenience they caused you. will be starting a Customer survey on Vodacom we cannot continue being Voilated like this as if we dont pay for their service.
