On Monday morning (21/10) Vodacom contacted me to offer a data contract with portable device, which I accepted. The lady indicated that the package would be delivered within 2 days. It is now the 4th day, and guess what, I (the client) needs to phone and find out what the status is, just to be told "we don't have stock" & "phone back on Monday". Poor service!! I also cannot find the contact details for a Client Complaints department at Vodacom, hence using this outlet. I guess Vodacom is too busy with other things than providing feedback to clients on non-service deliveries. I will be out of the country from tonight, Vodacom - please keep your device - I will call you once I'm back to arrange delivery of something you offered me.
