Coverage quality in Goedemoed, Durbanville

Good day.

I have been a loyal CellC client almost 4 years now. I am currently having a massive problem with my CellC Network Quality.

I recently moved from Vredekloof Heights, Brackenfell to Goedemoed, Durbanville, Cape Town. Thats 3km form each other. I used to be able to play PS3 online via my Tablets Hotspot with CellC data. That worked fine. Now I'm struggeling to use Google sometimes, nevermind gaming.

I downloaded an App (at work in Bellville) to do some speed tests.

The best results I got was average speed I got was Download = 2.87, Upload = 1.48 and Ping was 126.

Please look into this as Im sure that I am not the only person in that area that is a CellC client. Unfortanately if this consists I have no reason to keep my account as it does not add the value anymore that it used to.
