I was due for an upgrade on 27 November. We were told I can upgrade from 1 November via 08217844. Which my Wife did on my behalf seeing that the contract is on her Name. Friday 1 November she phoned placing the order. She spoke to Phumzile. While placing the order Phumzile told my wife that they have no stock on the FREE Flip Cover (Value R599). My wife said its fine, as long as we can order the phone in the mean time, Vodacom can deliver the Flip cover at a later stage. But they must deliver it as her Husband (Me), will be angry if he does not receive it. Phumzile said in that case she does not want to give us the contract... My wife then told her that I will then be even more angry, she must continue to order the phone, the cover can deliver later. We got phone on 4 November, we have the invoice. No Flip Cover as suspected. I phoned last week to follow up. I was told Vodacom is getting stock last week. I followed up today (19/11/2013), I was told that the agent (phumzile) orderd my phone with no Cover. And that I will not be getting a cover. This is. I have a screen shot of your online add, You better FIX this ASAP!!!
