ADSL unusable yet a month notification required

I'm currently on 10mb uncapped package from Telkom, however the connection is completely unusable, since April, I have given telkom almost 3 months to fix the issue (When I use another ISP login/pw it works perfectly - Tested with Afrihost and Openweb and Web Africa), and I still get around 16-60k intermittent/spiking connections with Telkom internet when trying to stream, where it needs around 600k/s for 1080p streaming (which is why i got the 10mb uncapped in the first place)

Now after giving them ample time to try and rectify the situation (I have saved around 100 graphs of Telkom vs other ISP's bandwidth to prove it is the data from Telkom), I get a call from Telkom telling me it is because I was soft-capped (Then another representative tells me that is not the issue. First of the month arrives and the connection is still useless..), so I cancelled immediately since i have obviously been soft-capped for 2/3 of the months, then Telkom has the audacity to tell me that I need to give them a months notification!!!

Not only should Telkom refund me the last 2 months, but now they want to continue to bill me for an additional month? They should be ashamed.

Unbelievable.
