It came to my attention that I had been "stung by a WASP" and was being charged for a service I did not subscribe to (Mira Networks are the guilty party here). I lodged a complaint on Cell C's Facebook page at about 6am on 12/11/2013.By 10am I had already received a message of acknowledgement via Facebook, an SMS with a reference number and a phone call from a lady named Lungile.

She had very good phone etiquette and already had feedback for me. Unfortunately I was not happy with the feedback she had for me and she promised to get back to me soonest. She ended up getting back to me the next morning, which I found to be a reasonable time span given the issue she needed to resolve. This time there was resolution.

I then gave suggestions to perhaps prevent future that she promised to forward to the powers that be. I also had another request which she resolved within seconds. All in all she was very helpful, well spoken and understanding. Hats off to her.
