I have a 1meg adsl uncapped line and usually run at 700 kbps - 950kps speed (download)
each month i pay my account without problems.
recently i get only 380kbps download speed,

i phoned telkom and reported the fault, they sent a tech out to look at the problem the hole afternoon.
the problem remains.i then phoned telkom and the consultant dan mudli admitted that my line is soft capped.
Nowhere in my contract was this mentioned that they will soft cap my line.that i pay extra money for to be un capped.

i am good enough to pay for un capped but not good enough to get the service i pay for.
they cheat their customer. THEY ARE CHEATING THE END USERS.
