Why is Autopage allowed to get away with continued bad service and nothing is ever done to turn things around. I have been waiting for over two weeks to get a straight answer from their call centre. I requested for a playback of a phone call where Sizakele (07.06.13) had told me that on the migration package I was interested in there would be no charge. I lodged the request with Siyabonga on 11.06.13 - still waiting on a reply. sent countless requests to the call centre e-mail - what a total waste of time that is. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE RESPOND!!! I was told that I would pay R900 by one person for migration, told by another R3500 for the migration, told by another there would be no charge. IS THERE ANYONE THAT CAN ACTUALLY GIVE ME A STRAIGHT ANSWER AND FIX THE ERROR THAT AUTOPAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE HAD MADE ORIGINALLY. My call log with Autopage call centre is a mile long by now. If I could get out of this contract I would.
