Vodacom ripping cunsumers once you upgraded

Its now 19 days and Vodacom never ever called me with regards to my query. All they fowarded was three sms confirming the query is with the retentions department and will revert back to me. again no call was ever made to me to inform me the progress of the query.

On the 17th March an email was send to me advising me the query has been resolved and an email to that effect will be received. On the 18th March i called and spoke to an agen at the call centre and could not advice me what the actual resolution was as they could not get hold of Rodrique who apparently was busy with the query.

This is unacceptable level of service from Vodacom considering customers having problems with their network as well. Calls are being dropped or cut off and you are being charged for redialing the number. the network currently on the Iphone 5 is not very good.

Since the upgrade they now not interested in assisting the client.

VODACOM ARE A RIP OFF TO CUNSUMERS... BEWARE CUNSUMERS
