Line cut due to!

So yesterday I get an. Saying I transferred R300 to another phone number, which I ignored, as I assumed it was another. Next thing, my line gets cut. I phone Vodacom and no one can help. I phone again, and again, and again. The FORTH time someone is able to help me and says it is due to the sms I received earlier that day and that he will fix my problem shortly...
This morning, still no luck. I phone Vodacom again. No one can help me. I speak to the supervisor who accuses me of lying and says I transferred the fund to another number!!!
Besides that being incredibly rude, this is my business phone that has been cut off. I am loosing business at a rapid speed and Vodacom does not care. Saying that it will take another more than 24 hours.
Cutting my line? Accusing me of lying and? Costing me business? I am loosing my patience very fast!
