You, as Vodacom, pride yourself as having the best customer service - but you don't have a clue! We applied, was approved for a business contract. We waited almost a week for the handset, it arrived today and i HAVE BEEN PUT ON HOLD AND TRANSFERRED FOR GOING ON 2 HOURS, TRYING TO ACTIVATE THE LINE. The best is line activation transfer me to business centre because they can't activate a business line and business centre transfers me back to line activation because they can't activate lines!!! You are truly a worthless, faceless company where demand far exceeds supply and customers does not even come second in your mind. Patetic, useless and totally bu*^*it! You operate like your'e a goverment orginisation!
