Telkom Uncapped ADSL Pathetic

I have been with Telkom for many years and I have had it with there pathetic service.

I have an uncapped 2mb line which has been performing really slow during the day and on weekends. I have complained about this to Telkom before and all they do is restart my Port. Today when i called I spoke to Kayalami Nduli, Service Consultant at Telkom SA. He explains to me that there is nothing wrong with my line after he ran some tests. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he makes an excuse that he cant put me through because he has to explain to his supervisor that there is no fault. Told him my line cannot be this slow during the day and night even after running speed test. After a while he says he will put me through, so I waited for almost an hour on the phone with no response. That is pathetic for a service consultant, he should be fired.

Besides that I still have a slow uncapped adsl on weekends and weekdays. Telscum please provide me with the service im paying for. All I want is for this to be resolved or going to cancel my telkom account and get more data with Afrihost Mobile. Even if there was a more expensive Service Provider I would move away from Telkom.
