Samsung TV & POCKET Contract

Hey there. My Dad went for an upgrade in August - we received the Samsung Pocket phone and as we are aware the TV would be delivered late. It's now November & no TV's been received. I've been trying to get through to the store of and on for the past couple of weeks. When I did get through a lady said that Jacky is the only one able to assist - as Samsung needed a reference number. I'm still waiting on Jacky to call me back. to tell me exaclty what the hold up is. We've dealt with this store on 2 previous occasions and never had any issues. I dont know what the issue is now.
