Ridiculous

I have one word for MTN. You are ridiculous! Absolutely so. Your service. This is the last time I will deal or support you in anyway. I purchased 3 iPhone 4s last Tuesday. There were people who purchased units after me and received them. At the time of paying for them they were in stock and you conveniently have no record of my purchase. What a hoax! Have you heard of CPA??? I called the call centre 3 times before today and have spoken to Essai, Lungi and Zanele. All assured me I would be contacted and guess what, I still havent been (req#2881907). I posted on HelloPeter last Tuesday and today MTN responds (2898773). Still no one contacts me. So I call the call centre AGAIN and speak to Lwanda, who clearly has had other people who have called to day. Telling me that my money will be refunded in 72 hours and is ofcourse rude and arrogant. Telling me I didnt read the terms and conditions. WHEN MY PAYMENT WENT THROUGH THERE WAS STOCK, MTN is not honoring their side of the deal. As if a refund is the extent of what they can do. I have had to make numerous calls to your call centre for a fault of your company, at my expense. And clearly I will get a generic response to this!
