WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

Hi

My name is Mohammid and this is by thus far the worst service i have ever received, you guys are selling services but don't have stock of the products which is ridiculous and a joke.
I applied for the FLLA service on Saturday 28/09/2013 and till today no one contacted me back about anything.
I then took it upon myself to call back on Monday and they say the order has been completed but no one notified me, they said they will have this escalated and within 2-4 hours some one will contact me back, guess what?? NO CALL BACK!! Your call call centre does not have the facility to advise clients which stores have stock which is pathetic, in other words you telling your client to travel to all the telkom stores to see who got stock..HAHAHA that is a joke! Your website doesnt supply numbers for the store and says must contact the call centre and call centre cant help us.. HAHAHA another joke!! what type of a business are you guy running. This could be why Telkom is in trouble... I expect someone to call me back today and if not you can take this service and shove it and i will look at other service providers.
