Call Centre procedures absolutely ridiculous

I ordered a "Straight up 400" contract with a WHITE iphone phone 5. I specifically said I will NOT accept the black iphone. I received a black 1 last week Wednesday. I have been calling & calling your call centre & I have been on hold indefinitely! Eventually I selected the wrong department & someone there arranged for the phone to be collected on Friday 22 March. No one came to collect it on Friday or Monday. I was also told that I would have to wait indefinitely for my WHITE iphone because stock availability is not certain. It is now Tuesday and I got through to your call centre and the lady proceeds to tell me that RAM only sent a confirmation today, meaning, the phone will definitely not be collected today. I phone your complaints department and I ask where I can make an official complaint and the consultant says that this has to do with sales so I can't actually complain but he will refer it to the relevant departments.
So to sum things up I was sent the wrong phone, I was to several times about collection times of the incorrect phone and I was given false information by several operators. And when I want to complain I can't!
