Billing Taking More than what was said

Good day,

I am utterly disgusted in Discovery. I was billed twice for December one from my employers side and one personally. I contacted the Call Centre on Tuesday, 02 December and waited for a hour to get service. The Call Centre agent eventually said she will call me at 12:00 that same day no response. I contacted the consultant i deal with she tried and they said they will make a notes that i will receive my money. I contacted Discovery again no response. The consultant notified me my money will be paid over 11 December received no reverse payment. I called the Call Centre again now said was noted 6 December, but still no money received. i WAS SAID I WAS GOING TO BE PUT THROUGH TO ACCOUNTS, BUT IT NEVER HAPPENED

i AM SO DISGUSTED IN DISCOVERY I REALLY WANT MY MONEY BACK. I HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH SUCH PEOPLE IN MY LIFE WITH SUCH PATHETIC SERVICE. SO ALL I AM ASKING FOR IS MY MONEY BACK TODAY STILL
