I ordered a book from them and was advised early December that it was not on stock. I asked the to cancel the order and to process a refund. they said it would take 7 working days. it is now 7th jan and no refund is forthcoming. Every time I call I am put on hold and then cut off or they tell me someone will call me back and no one does - I am now beyond angry. it seems they have absolutely no intention of refunding this. They have offered me a voucher but after this fiasco - I don't want to deal with them again! shocking service. Not the first time this has happened either. should have known better! Janet promised to call me back before 5pm today and assured me refund would be done manually and that I would have proof TODAY! zilch. don't know why I believed her! its just ridiculous!
