I have been paying for a 4mbs service since 2011.

After numerous complaints about slow line speed, I was informed that my line had been downgraded to a 2mps service, yet mweb continued to charge me for the 4mbs service.

I would have expected someone from their call centre to have at least informed me that they were downgrounding my account, prior to actually doing this and then to keep this quiet and contnue to charge me for the 4mps service, is trully amazing!
