No feedback or resolution after 3 months

Submitted papers at MTN Long Beach 3 months ago to transfer the name of my contract. Found out last week after numerous complaints and emails that the transfer had been cancelled. Got a call from Ricardo the Long Beach Mall Store Manager who said he would look into it and get back to me, still no response! Shocking service. Wish I could cancel my contract! Anyway, still need the name transfer done yesterday!
