My Account number is SMO 13150-7
I have two data bundle accounts. I tried to register on the Vodacom Website, made errors in logging in and my access is now blocked. I phoned 082155 on wed 6 Nov, they said that it will be reset, between 1 hour and 24 hours. I have followed it up every day since then. It is now 5 days later and at 082155 they say they can't really help me and it's not their fault. We would like to buy data bundles for our employees for business reasons and we need to track our usage. Is this the level of service we can expect? Will it be more convenient for you if we just go elsewhere?
