Cancel my upgrade without informing

Used the web site to upgrade my contract. afternoon of 6-11-2013.

web states next day delivery if processed before 12, which is acceptable, thus it should be today, 8-11-2013.

this morning i received an SMS stating, my upgrade has been invoiced and to expect delivery soon.

Great process i thought,

Contacting the Upgrade Dep. 082 1959 to confirm what time to expect my delivery,

They inform me that my upgrade has been cancelled due to on their website!

this is not acceptable!

1. My statement and delivery address is the same.
2. inform me or contact me if you suspect, DON'T just cancel!
3. do what you promise on your WEBSITE, you advertise the ease and secure way to upgrade, i am really wondering how secure my info is now with Vodacom.

Deliver on your promise please, very upset client at the moment
