No upgrade phone received - no feedback

I find it ironic that this website has a Vodacom pop-up Ad urging one to upgrade on-line, as this is the very reason for my complaint. I requested an upgrade on-line on 3/10/13. I was advised via SMS that the order was awaiting dispatch the same day. On 4/10/13 I was again advised that the order has been invoiced and to expect delivery shortly. To date - well over a month later - I am still awaiting delivery? Despite regular phone calls to the upgrade centre and promises of resolution, I have received no feedback at all. On 5/11/13 I was told by Thabiso, that she would re-issue the phone and have it dispatched. I was promised a follow up call ensuring the phone has been received. Guess what? No phone -No follow up. AT this very moment the upgrade centre is offline and the 082 178 44 line is not being answered. This is the first time I have ever complained about any supplier. The lack of feedback is astonishing! Answers please! This is unacceptable
