I DID MY UPGRADE VIA THE INTERNET CALL CENTRE ON 28 SEPT 2013 AND I CANCELED IT THE SAME TIME AND ON 2 OCT 2013 RAM TIED TO DELIVER THE PHONE AT MY HOUSE AND THE DOMESTIC WORKER PHONED ME AND IN FORMED ME THAT THEY WANT TO DELIVER I INFORMED THEM TO TAKE BACK THE HANDSET DUE TO THE CANCELLATION OF THE UPGRADE. I PHONED THE UPGRADE DEPARTMENT ON 0821959 AND DISCOVER THAT THE UPGRADE WAS NEVER CANCELLED AND CHANGED THE ADDRESS TO MY WORK ADDRESS FOR DELIVERY ON 3 OCT 2013. THEY SEND ME A REFERENCE NUMBER AS CONFIRMATION OF THE CHANGE OF ADDRESS AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE DELIVERY OF THE HANDSET ON 08 OCT 2013. ON 8 OCT 2013 I DISCOVERED THAT MY ACCOUNT IS SUDDENLY IN ARREARS AT VODACOM AND ONE OF THE CLIENT SERVICE PERSONNEL TOLD ME I AM A THAT THE UPGRADE DEPT NO IS WORKING BUT IT IS NOT. PLEASE HELP ME
