Cell C
Impossible to upgrade without any issues

I have been trying to upgrade on both of my cell phone contracts with Cell C for the last month.
They tried to deliver the phones while I was in hospital after I phoned to let them know I was in hospital and would phone to let them know when the delivery can be done.
They actually tried to deliver to me 3 times in this period after phoning them.
I then tried to cancel the upgrade for delivery so I can go into a shop and do the upgrade, that took them 2 weeks to do.
After phoning again to get the upgrade sorted out they once again delivered to the wrong address.
Then I get told that my upgrade was cancelled.
This is really bad service and I am at the point of going to another service provider.
