NON-DELIVERY OF ONLINE ORDERED I-PHONE 5

I completed an online order for an i-phone 5, the process was followed by a debit of R330 from my bank account and all this on the week ending 31 October 2013. 7 days have passed and I still have not heard anything from the delivery company who are to apparently arrange a delivery day with me within 5 days of my order. Emails to Telkom's support Centre as well as Absa's support Centre (Absa in partnership with Telkom on special offers to its staff) have been unattended to, the number to call 081 180 does not go through sfter multiple attempts. No agent is able to assist me, I am being passed from pillar to post. Seems I have already begun paying for a cellphone which I do not have in my possession!! The sign up process was very fast and impressive but the after sales service is beyond disgusting and disappointing!!!
