Not getting what I was promised

I have had my new LTE router for about a week now and I am not getting the promised 21Mbps that I was promised; in fact I get at most 11Mbps.

Can I get the service at half price please? And trying to get support from you guys is expensive; I have to hang on with my cell phone and you don't want to phone me back right away. So when you at last perhaps do, I am not at the router to check settings anymore.

I have a week left on this trial; at this point in time I am not keeping the device and the service, unless you fix it.

This is EXACTLY why I cancelled all my ADSL services with Telkom; you were unable to deliver the service I paid for.
