Dear Vodacom

I made the mistake of visiting the Upstairs Vodacom store in Canal Walk to enquire about the iPhone 5s. The lady who I spoke to there could not answer me in full sentences and only uttered "December" each time I tried to ask her about details regarding the release date. When I informed her that Vodacom's website states the phone will be released on the 15th of November, she rudely pulled her face and stated that it is in fact the "launch date" and that the phones will be released in December. If I remember correctly the iPhone has already been launched in the US in September and that the phones simply "roll out" in countries following the launch.

Please Vodacom, get your employees' act together. Encourage them to READ once in a while. Smiling will not hurt them either. I still believe that the products Vodacom offers is the best of its kind in SA and I refuse to switch to another provider.
