I was billed on my Vodacom cellphone account which had a set limit and I didn't receive the T&C's they were supposed to send to me. It turns out, you can be billed over your cellphone limit. I was informed that it 'sometimes happens.' I'm sorry, but that is not a valid explanation.
I phoned them and after quite the argument, it was decided I would only have to pay a certain amount. They debited the total bill from my account and informed me that I will be refunded.
I have called them two times, and I do not want to phone them again. Vodacom's customer care is pathetic. They have no idea what they're doing, no service info etc.
I am still waiting for a refund.
