Worst service and provider ever!

On the 4th October 2013 I called in and upgraded my contract. I sat on the phone for a very long time doing this upgrade and trying to spell everything to someone who couldn't understand much! They told me the phone will be delivered in 3-7 working days. Waited and nothing arrived. when I called them today to check they said to me no upgrade was done!! Calls are recoreded right? But they don't want to go back and check. Had to then sit on the phone again re doing this whole thing and the new phone was a gift. So much for that! Really pathetic service from cell c its shocking really!!!
