FNB has really become a joke!

I have been an FNB client for so long but I must admit I am only with them because I simply don't know which other bank I can change to and trust but probaly really need start doing my research about other bank's service.

I have a cheque account with FNB and also took a personal loan with them this year and the only thing I needed to do this time with them was to change my debit order date to 3 days earlier and no one could help, instead I was being sent from pillar to post with each agent confidently telling me they were directing me for the last time to a correct agent and giving me a number to call incase I get cut off. I was given 4 different numbers and none of them could change my debit order date until the last person I spoke to said I needed to go to the branch... just to change my debit order date and why it takes me speaking to 5 call centre agents to tell me this just beats me.

This is really unacceptable service and FNB is just getting worse, you wonder why you are getting charged such high service fees etc etc for such poor service.

These banks are just day light robbers and I so fed up after spending so much money and time on the phone.

I give up on FNB.
