They debited my account twice, I speak to the 1st agent he says that my account is in arrears and I need to speak to collections. I now speak to the second person who advises that I am in arrears I explain that I am not then she says she cannot it see the payments that went out today and I would have to call in tomorrow or go to a branch. I advised that I cannot because I have to wait too long and I want someone to call me back because they are at fault. And she cannot put systems in place for it to be reversed tomorrow. I need to speak to client services. I now speak to the 3rd person who is client services and tells me that she cannot do that and my account is in arrears. And insists that I speak to someone in Collections again. I now speak to the 4th person who tells me that my account is Not in arrears. I told her that 3 people prior to her told me it was and she insisted I wasn't. I then told her I want to speak to a manager to assist, one wasn't available. This took 35minutes being pushed from 1 agent to another. I need my refund and I can't keep phoning and no one knows what's going on. They all use the same system.
