I want to cancel my contract

I have been communicating with Jabba Connect over the same issue since the beginning of the year. Jabba has been deducting money in my account in the middle of the month. This has happened more then 3 times now, when the initial agreement was to debit R225 on the 28th of every month. In June got an early debit order, i asked for a refund, which took more than 24hrs to get money back. In the same month they did not debit the amount. July, I got a call form Elton my account was in arrears, needed to pay the money manually. I explained my grievances to Elton who reassured me that everything will be fixed and he promised if this happens again he will cancel the contract. August I look at my statement there's an early debit order AGAIN from Jabba. I called customer service and spoke to a lady who told me my money will be refunded within 24hrs. 2days passed and my money was still not in. Called again and spoke to Cindy who said my account has been handed to Finance/accounts department. After several days of waiting I called in spoke to Nkululeko who explained that my account is now in manual payment. I did not agree to this! I demanded to speak to the supervisor but they never available
