Vodacom
Confused

Sent my black berry in for repairs due to lack of signal on the phone. other than that, phone worked fine on wifi signal, was just unable to recieve texts and calls. Recieved a call back from vodacom now to advise they were unable to repair my phone due to water damage... i repeat WATER DAMAGE!!! Maybe i am not clued up to the damage water could do, but how it only affects the signal on my phone is AMAZING. Seriously not impressed with Vodacom at all!!! If you cant fix it, admit it or at least come up with a reason that makes sense... No use the one reason a client has no defence again other than my word against theirs...!!!
