Worst service eve

I posted on here before stating what happened with me and vodacom. They dont want to repair my black berry cause they say it has water damage. Apparently the white block on the inside of the phone is an indication of water damage or not. If it changed colour it has water damage. My phone's little white block is white. This is unacceptable. They just feel nothing for you cause they get the money and thats all that counts. I want a new phone. Last time someone phoned me and said i should have insurance, then i can claim for a new phone.

I should not use my insurance because of their faulty units.
I have 5 vodacom contracts and been with them for 11 years. This is sickening and i'm VERY annoyed.
