Their excuse is ALWAYS water damage!!!

I bought a Black Berry 9300 in January this year on contract, about two weeks ago my scroller started giving me problems and I decided to give the phone in at Vodacom Centurion Mall for repairs as the phone is still under warranty. Today the lady at Vodacom phones me and say it's water damage (THIS IS ALWAYS THEIR ANSWER TO ALL REPAiRES!!! my mother's phone froze - water damage, the buttons got stuck - water damage) I know for a fact that my phone was nowhere nearby water/steam, I never take with me into the bathroom and I don't sit near a air (she said even that will give water damage to your phone) but she continued saying it's water damage and that she will now cancel my warranty. This is unacceptable and I will be taking the matter further, and Vodacom you just lost a client, I will be cancelling my contract and go to a service provider who has trained technicians and don't use "water damage" excuse for every repair, and cancel my warranty and I will take you to the Ombudsman.
