Vodacom!

Its been 6 months since my "incident"... My phone was not charging, I took my phone in to Vodacom and they came back to me saying it had " water damage", I needed to pay R1881 for repairs, as water damage is not covered in the guarantee.
I then took my phone to a independent repair shop, paid about R300 to have my CHARGER CONNECTION fixed. and guess what, my phone is working perfectly! NO WATER DAMAGE REPORTED!

VODACOM, FIX THE FREAKIN PROBLEM, STOP MILKING MONEY OUT OF LOYAL CUSTOMERS.
I've been with Vodacom for 5 years now, and in September my contract expires and I will be free from this provider.

Thanks for opening my eyes Vodacom!
