Softlock Ripoff!!!

Nashua has charged me for a softlock feature on my data device which has worked succesfully for months. I suddenly get a bill over R1000 for the past two months in a row and I'm told "Softlock is not guaranteed"! What a load of nonsense! The feature has worked for months, and now suddenly your system has failed and you're just billing me? I understand if softlock might not have worked immidiately and my bill ran over by a hundred or two hundred Rands, but over ONE THOUSAND RANDS?? Two months in a row?? Your agents on your call desk are as incompetant as usual. You need to sort these charges out! You cannot charge me for softlock and then not follow through on the service!!
