Adjusting my serivces without my consent

It is Autopage's obligation as my service provider to honor the 2gb bundle that was requested in august P130823617. They took it upon themselves to cancel the bundle end October without my knowledge or consent. Lerato is insisting that it cannot be activated until December. This is pathetic since they are charging me for it. Have a look at the number of lines linked to this account and this is how you want to treat a large customer. Pathetic!
