A week later, no data bundle

I contacted Autopage on Monday, 5 August 2013, to add a data bundle of 300mb to my account. It was to take 2 - 24 hrs to activate. On Wednesday, 7 August 2013, I contacted Autopage again, as the 300mb data was not yet added to my account. Again I was assured that my request wil be activated within 2 - 24 hrs. To date, my available data is still 0mb.

Is this a way of generating income?
