I've been cheated

I have been a loyal Autopage customer for 5 years and i am horrified to find out that i was tricked. Cell C charges 15c/MB of data if one has an active bundle whether they are in bundle or not, and 85c/MB when you dont have a bundle. I was advised not to take an additional data bundle because i was to receive a free 300MB bundle as part of a propmotion and therefore i would pay 15c/Mb once that ran out regardless. I have just realised that i have been billed at 85c/mb once my bundle ran out all along?

unless i am mistaken i expect a refund
