Data Legacy Customer not upgraded to higher bundle

I read an article from a popular local online news source that Vodacom is upgrading their legacy data customers to a higher bundle. A friend of mine confirmed this when she received an extra gig of data some months ago and have since every month. I have been a data customer for years and after inquiring from Vodacom about this several weeks back, someone called me to say that all qualifying customers will be upgraded within that month. This was July. We are now in November and I haven't been upgraded whatsoever. I would like an explanation please. Or better yet, UPGRADE ME already.
