I never want to deal with cell c agin after this call, this guy called me because my asccount is arrears due to network i could not her him kept on saying hello hello, when the networked cleared the guys to me he was going to suspend my lines if i am pretending not to hear him, how stupid does he tink i am if i was avoiding customer care i would not have answered a caller ID written customer care on my phone, this fool then tells me that how coudl i hear him say that if i did not hear him before, then he says lets move on after telling that i dont like his service i gave him all my details and all as to see that i am willing to pay, if you keep people like this in customer care please send me cancellations quotes so i can pay you and not use your network again i hope your quality asssesors get sent this escalation and th team leader actions this i knwo as i work in call centre as well, poor poor service and a bad attitude cancel my contracts and i would like the supervisor of this agent to contact me about this, cancel these lines and my reason is ashywn can wyk calling me today at aroudn 17:00 trace the call listen adn do something or I go furthe
