Useless service from Autopage Call Centre

I have been trying since the 2 Aug 2013 to cancel my contract with Autopage and Port my number to pre paid. It took them 2week to allocate my payment and get to the point where they can port my number. On the 14 Aug my number was ported to pre paid, but since then I was unable to use my number, If I phone the number it says, the number you have dialled does not exist. I have made 100's of calls to the call centre just to find out that no one knows what they are doing. I spoke to various different people and each on had a different story. I was advised to go and buy a new sim card which I did and tried porting but that didnt work, then I was advised to go to an Autopage store because I must use an Autopage simcard to be able to use my number again on prepaid, that also didn't work.. I am now on the 21 Aug and still cannot use my number. I was promised by every consultant and manager that I spoke to that they will call me back, but I have not once received a follow up call. All they tell is wait 24hours. It is unacceptable for me that a service provider can not even complete a simple request such as a port to prepaid, and are unable to train there staff properly to assist customers
