Got bullied and screamed at by arrogant sales rep

I applied for two MTN contracts (a Samsung Note 2 and S3) at the Cedar Square MTN, which was approved a week ago. On Monday this week, I called the branch and they said they have one phone ready and need to source the S3 from another branch and that I can collect them on Tuesday. When I arrived I was informed that they still did not source the phone - Luke gave me some long winded story that the phone is at his father's house. In any case, I said it was fine and can we sort out the porting of the phone numbers in the mean time - I had specifically asked previously whats needed to port the numbers - he said as long as its MTN its fine - now Luke mentioned that since one of the sim's was still on contract with MTN (its out of the 24 month period -running on a month - month subscription) he said he can't do anything about it and can't port the number.
told him that I had asked for the info and they should of notified me so I could work on getting the other number on prepaid - that when Luke and his counterpart Domique got very rude and started question my decision to buy that phone and tried to force me to choose a more expensive option. They started screaming at me the customer..
