Worst Service I have experienced in 30 years!!!

I tried to get an additional line and phone on my existing corporate contract... the phone was for my son (a 12 year old) as he was going on a trip to Cape Town. I went well in advance to MTN Morningside (2 weeks). I was told on the Sunday that I was there that I would have all matters sorted out by that Tuesday.

I dealt with an individual by the name of Luke and was expecting his call as promised. Tuesday came and went... 35 calls later to his cell and an additional visit by my sons mother... no resolution had been reached. On several occasions Luke said he would phone back in an hour... nothing.

I eventually got hold of him the night before my son was to leave and he apologised for his service and that he would phone me in the morning and make a plan to courier the phone down to Cape Town... 10 calls later and can't even get hold of Luke.. No response... nothing!! Still waiting for his supervisor to get back to me... MTN, when did you become such a bully... so arrogant!?

Let me step back and ask a simple question or make an obvious observation... I want to purchase a phone, add an additional line to my contract... What? Yes... I want to do business with you... how bizarre!
