Completely the worst customer care in the country

There is not enough space to write the full story so in bullet form:
1. Ordered a phone on the 27th May
2. Explained that I needed it before the 10th of May.
3. Guaranteed 7 working days so should be fine.
4. Had PA contact Blue Route to check phone had arrived she was told yes I can come collect.
5. Went to collect and contract had been approved but they had forgotten to swimswop will be ready in afternoon.
6. spent entire afternoon on phone to cell c, left messages with managers Luke, Cloe and someone else who phone never answered.
7. Luke worked over time to get me the phone, at 6 he told me I must cancel my flight cause phone would be ready only next morning.
8. after changing flights to following day at my expense, I was ignored 10 x buy luke
9. Contacted someone over facebook. they informed me that they blocked my contract as the deal had changed since we where 3 weeks down the line.
10 asked if I would pay R30 a month more!
11. Many arguments later Blue Route manager sorted problem out buy giving me phone and sim but it would only be ready again Shafeera was the only one who thought smart. I have missed 2 flights and been ignored by customer care.
