I refer to my previous complaint on 9 Sept 2013 which was resolved within a few days of lodging the report. It wasn't however, resolved as the agreement was that I be billed for any usage on a cancelled contract. I have been charged for the entire month of September 2013 even though the contract was cancelled beginning of the month and there was no usage. i remained a subscriber to Vodacom hoping my problem was resolved but unfortunately not this aspect. The call centre just transfers me around with no results.
