I signed up a contract in early April 2013 with Nashua Mobile at their head office in Midrand. After signing up the contract, they advised me that they had no device to give to me. More than 2 weeks after signing up, more excuses and no device. I cancelled the contract with Bernard Smith the manager of the Midrand branch, due to them not committing to delivery. Despite having cancelled the contract with the "Manager" and not receiving a device, I have been charged on a monthly basis since April 2013. It is now almost August 2013 and they have still not properly cancelled the contract and have not credited me with amounts incorrectly charged. I have made over 40 calls to date to the call centre to get this resolved and like everyone else, I have been told it is resolved, only to be billed again and again. Their service is shocking. The managers are just as bad as the call centre.
