Being interested in buying a new phone I contacted MTN outbound call centre to purchase a new phone on contract. Mabuyi Makhathini indicated to me that the phone would be delivered to me and that I just needed to provide a proof of residence and a copy of my id to the people that deliver my phone and it would be rica for me. After 8 attempts, two weeks of waiting and hours or my time on the phone, repeatedly giving the same information, and several promises that my phone number would be operating in 24 hours. My phone is still not rica. after two weeks, now they tell me that I had to go into a store to rica my phone, instead of wasting endless hours on the phone they could have told me this at first. Then when I decide to take the matter up further, Mabuyi Makhathini presented a bad and rude attitude saying that her manager could not help me.

i BOUGHT A VERY EXPENSIVE PHONE WHICH i CANT MAKE CALLS, SMS OR BROWSE THE INTERNET. WHATS THE POINT
Its sad that MTN employees treat customers so poorly, and to think I changed networks. I have never had such problems with CELL C.
